Instructions to Install ‘Elite Payroll Version 19’
Download New Version from link provided below
Elite Payroll Version 19
Save the download to a folder on your Hard Drive.
Write down the Folder (path) where you have downloaded to
BEFORE YOU COMMENCE INSTALLATION:
Purchase the Installation Keys from GMC Corporate Solutions
Ensure you back up all your data files in your current version
Ensure all other programs are closed
To install Elite Payroll Version 19, follow the steps provided
Click on the Start menu, choose Run
Click on the Browse button
Click on the Look In drop button and find the folder where you have downloaded the installation file
Choose Setup19.exe and Click on Open and Click on OK
Tick the box next to Elite Payroll for installation.
The next step is to insert the program Installation Keys
Input the Installation Keys exactly as you have received them from GMC Corporate Solutions & then follow onscreen directions.
Note that the Elite Payroll V18 icon on your desktop is no longer valid
A new Elite Elite Payroll V19 icon will automatically be placed on your desktop
UPGRADING YOUR ELITE PAYROLL COMPANY DATA FILES
Open Elite Payroll V19 program
The Upgrade Wizard will appear automatically. Using the Wizard will upgrade your memorised reports as well
If the Upgrade Wizard does not appear automatically follow the steps below
The Sample Company will open. (This is a practice file that comes with the program)
Select Wizard from the menu and select Upgrade from Previous Version.
Follow each step in the Wizard
Only upgrade your reports if you have memorised reports in the previous version that you want to keep
Registering your Product
Ensure you register Elite Payroll with Elite Hospitality Software within 21 days of installation. Go to Activities menu & select Register Elite Payroll.
